It applies to Platform visitors, account holders, Brands, Creators, Campaign participants, prospective users and people who communicate with QWICK.

Depending on how you use QWICK, we may collect:

• name, username, date of birth, profile image and contact details;
• account credentials and account type;
• government-issued identification or verification information;
• business-registration and billing information;
• social-media usernames, profile links, Content and analytics;
• Campaign, Submission, Reward and Flat Fee Bonus information;
• transaction, bank-account and payout information;
• IP address, browser, device and usage information; and
• support requests, complaints and communications.

3. Sources

Personal data may be collected directly from you, through your Platform use, from connected Third-Party Platforms, from Brands or Creators, from service providers or from lawful public sources.

4. Purposes

QWICK may process personal data to:

• register and administer accounts;
• verify identity, age and business information;
• create and manage Campaigns;
• review Content and Submissions;
• measure performance;
• calculate Rewards and Flat Fee Bonuses;
• process payments;
• prevent fraud and manipulation;
• maintain Platform security;
• provide support and resolve disputes;
• communicate updates;
• improve the Platform; and
• comply with legal obligations.

5. Marketing

QWICK may send marketing communications where permitted.

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications, although necessary service, security and transaction messages may still be sent.

6. Performance Data

QWICK may receive Content and performance information from Third-Party Platforms.

This information may be refreshed periodically rather than continuously.

7. Disclosure

QWICK may disclose personal data to Brands and Creators involved in a Campaign, payment providers, verification providers, hosting and analytics providers, professional advisers, authorities, potential business successors and other parties where legally permitted.

QWICK does not sell personal data as an independent commercial product.

8. Cross-Border Processing

Some providers may process personal data outside Malaysia.

QWICK will take reasonable steps to use appropriate providers and safeguards.

9. Security and Breaches

QWICK uses reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards.

QWICK will assess suspected data breaches and take containment, investigation, remediation and notification steps where required.

10. Retention

QWICK retains personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for Platform operations, Campaign reconciliation, fraud prevention, legal compliance and disputes.

11. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, information about processing, withdrawal of consent, restriction, deletion, portability or review of certain processing.

12. Required Information

Where information is required to create an account, join Campaigns, receive payments or comply with law, QWICK may be unable to provide the relevant feature if the information is not supplied.

13. Automated Review

QWICK may use automated tools and risk indicators to identify fraud, artificial traffic, account compromise or policy violations.

14. Youth

QWICK is intended only for users aged eighteen (18) years and above.
