COMMUNITY GUIDELINES AND ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

QWICK must be used for legitimate, transparent and respectful collaboration.

Users must not:

• harass, threaten, exploit or unlawfully discriminate;
• promote dangerous conduct likely to cause serious injury;
• facilitate fraud, theft, money laundering, bribery or other unlawful activity;
• impersonate others or create deceptive identities;
• manipulate Campaign performance;
• publish knowingly false, defamatory or materially misleading Content;
• expose private or confidential information without authority;
• publish exploitative sexual content or content involving minors;
• support terrorism, violent extremism or credible threats;
• infringe intellectual-property rights; or
• scrape, spam, distribute malware or interfere with the Platform.

QWICK may remove Content, reject Campaigns, restrict features, hold payments, suspend accounts, terminate access or report unlawful activity.
