This Policy governs Campaign funding, Reward approval, Flat Fee Bonus approval, withdrawals, refunds, reversals, chargebacks and payment disputes.
QWICK may use external providers to collect Campaign funds and process payouts.
Transactions may be subject to provider terms, verification, limits and processing schedules.
QWICK requires full Campaign funding before publication.
Campaign funds may be applied to the Reward Pool, optional Flat Fee Bonus allocation, QWICK fees, processing costs, taxes, refunds, reversals and other agreed Campaign costs.
QWICK may use the following statuses:
Performance-based Rewards are not necessarily finalised continuously.
Finalisation ordinarily begins when the Campaign ends, the Reward Pool is allocated, the Campaign Cap is reached or the Campaign otherwise closes.
QWICK may apply a Verification Window to reconcile delayed data, pending Submissions, invalid traffic and reporting errors.
The Reward Pool is limited to the amount made available for performance-based Rewards.
The dashboard’s displayed remaining Reward Pool may be delayed or provisional.
A Flat Fee Bonus applies only where it is expressly offered in the Campaign.
Where availability is limited, bonuses are awarded on a first-approved, first-served basis.
The relevant time is the time QWICK approves the eligible Submission or deliverable.
A Flat Fee Bonus will be approved only where:
If the allocation is exhausted before approval, the bonus will be rejected for lack of availability.
Where a Brand includes a Flat Fee Bonus in a Campaign, ten per cent (10%) of the total Campaign fund allocation shall be reserved for Flat Fee Bonuses.
The remaining ninety per cent (90%) shall form the performance-based Reward Pool.
The Campaign page must clearly display the amount allocated to Flat Fee Bonuses, the performance-based Reward Pool and the applicable Flat Fee Bonus payable to each eligible Creator.
The Maximum Total Potential Earnings shall be calculated by adding the applicable Flat Fee Bonus to the Creator’s Maximum Potential Reward.
QWICK may adjust, withhold or reverse an amount where:
A Creator may request a withdrawal only from the Creator’s Available Balance.
Amounts displayed as estimated, pending, under review, restricted, reversed or otherwise unavailable cannot be withdrawn.
The minimum amount required to submit a withdrawal request is RM30.00, calculated before the deduction of any applicable Withdrawal Fee.
Creator payouts shall be made only to a verified bank account accepted by QWICK.
The Creator must be the lawful holder of, or be legally authorised to use, the bank account provided. QWICK may reject or suspend a payout where the account information is inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent or cannot be verified.
QWICK shall generally process a valid withdrawal request within fourteen (14) business days after receiving the complete withdrawal request and all required verification information.
The processing period may be extended where:
Users are responsible for providing accurate payment details.
QWICK is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect account because of user-supplied information, although QWICK may reasonably assist with recovery.
QWICK may delay or reject a withdrawal where identity or bank details cannot be verified, fraud is suspected, an amount remains disputed, a reversal affects the balance, legal restrictions apply or requested information has not been provided.
Refund entitlement depends on the timing and reason for cancellation.
QWICK may deduct valid Creator Rewards, approved Flat Fee Bonuses, committed costs, completed service fees and unrecoverable charges.
A Brand is not entitled to a refund merely because a Campaign did not produce expected reach, sales, engagement or commercial outcomes.
Users must contact hello@qwick.asia and raise any payment dispute within thirty (30) days of the relevant transaction before initiating a chargeback. Abusive or improper chargebacks may result in account restrictions and recovery of related costs.
